Summary:
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team in Lawrenceburg, KY.
The Auction Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, and providing support to the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a high pace environment.
Duties:
- Assist with coordinating auction dates, pickup appointments and shipping - Coordinate photographing arrangements with seller and any accommodations - Ability to take photography for new auction items and manage photography crews - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence with seller, team and buyers - Conduct outbound calls to clients or customers - Provide support to team members as needed - Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks - Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents - Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette - Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned - Willing to learn new software as required to complete tasks
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) - Strong outbound calling skills - Sales experience is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to adapt to changing work environments - Reliable vehicle for commuting and work travel within central Kentucky - Able to use professional photography equipment - Capable of using both MAC, Microsoft, and Google software (Word, Excel, etc.
