Responsibilities:
Arrive to work on time and follow a strict attendance policy.
Assert themselves into creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with families and students.
Create and maintain a safe and clean learning environment for toddlers.
Interact with and provide learning activities to toddlers with individual goals to successfully meet developmental milestones.
Applicant must be organized, follow a daily routine, and have the ability to positively interact and care for 6 children on a daily basis.
Change diapers timely and appropriately.
Assist with feeding schedules.
Communicate effectively with team members and families.
Serve as a positive role model for children by demonstrating good behavior, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Applicant must undergo a background check, be 18 years or older, and provide a HS diploma or GED.
